Do something today that your future self will thank you for!
Wow! Can you believe it has been a whole month of being confined in our homes? Have you adjusted to this new normal?
We may not be able to control the events that happen in our lives, but we can certainly control the way we look at them. Some people may have looked at this confinement negatively; being isolated at home away from friends and family. But this negative perspective doesn’t make the time we are confined any better. So instead, I challenge you to look at this time in a positive light. It just may make the time go smoother and will definitely make it more enjoyable.
Your children may also be feeling the pangs of isolation and having difficulty adjusting to the change in their daily life routine. To help you instill a positive perspective in your children and to help them see the positive a change can bring, we have come up with a few questions to ask them. These questions, and subsequent activities that can go along with them, will encourage them to see the positive side of the situation and at the same time it may allow you to learn a thing or two about your kids.
Sending you much LOVE and LAUGHTER, Amy and Sittah
